Join Friends from all over the SEYM region and the wider Quaker world for workshops, worship-sharing, the Walton Retreats and Lecture, intergenerational fun, a full Youth Program, and our Yearly Business Meeting Sessions.
Some sessions will be offered online for Friends who attend virtually.
The Gathering Committee is in the early planning stages for our 2025 Yearly Meeting. Stay tuned!

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MARCH 30, 2025.
- To learn of space availability after March 30th, contact the Registrar.
- We ask that you pay your total registration fees when you register, if possible: this helps us pay the camp deposits and shortens your check-in process. Alternately, you may pay at check-in when you arrive. You may pay online, by check, or credit/debit card.
- CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES: You will be responsible for services not cancelled by March 30th. SEYM is billed for all reserved lodging and meals. Please call Susan Wade, SEYM Administrative Secretary, to cancel or request refunds.
